The most common Mudras are hand gestures which create energy or the nerves are hand gestures are using our hands to heal. each of our fingers represent an element fire, earth, air , water , space and joining them together in a variety of different ways helps us to heal blockages within the body which directly helps our mind to be calmer and clearer and grounded. The class will educate you on the benefits of mudras and pranayama and assist you in getting the best out of your meditation
